Just finished the 3rd session of Nebraska Learns 2.0 and IM chatted with Allana. It was a breeze to create a Yahoo Messenger account and get going. I contacted Allana with ease. She was busy working at her desk so the entire process only too minutes. I use IM Chat with software companies when I have a problem and it works like a dream. I also have a skype account so I can call just about anyone in the US and Canada for practically nothing.
